and Eric, your hosts, are happy to welcome you to their pleasant
five-room house and garden which is situated in a quiet area 200 metres
from the centre of the historic town of Pézenas.
In
addition to the comforts of the house (150m²) and garden (120m²) with a
barbecue, you can take advantage of the charms of Pézenas which is
famous for its arts and culture, the proximity to the sea which Is only
10 miles away and the wild beauty of the hinterland ...
Le Gîte piscénois
is an old family house which has been carefully renovated in order to
retain its original character. There is a separate entrance to the
private garden which is very quiet in spite of being close to an
agricultural school.
The
room layout is that of a traditional town house : on the ground floor,
there is a fully-equipped kitchen and a small outbuilding with shower,
washbasin and toilet and, on the other, a living room also overlooking the garden.
On
the first floor, there is a spacious bedroom, a room converted into a
games room or meeting room, one bathroom and one toilet.
On the second floor, there are two large bedrooms : one with twin beds and one with a double bed.
On
your arrival, you will find the beds made and towels available.
